He was the starting QB in the Under Armour All-American game where he completed 5 of 6 passes for 71 yards and lead Team White to a win. Scouts, Inc. compared Manuel to "a smaller JaMarcus Russell" after watching the QB practice in Orlando. He received honorable mention for "Best Arm" at the Under Armour All-Star game. His biggest accomplishments, however, are accounted for with his almost 7,400 yards and 68 TDs during his high school career; completing at least 56% of his passes every season. E.J. was named second-team all-state in Group AAA and participated in Elite 11 camp. |
